Yes, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. will be temporarily closed until December 21st or until the Provincial Government advises it is safe to reopen.
We will be following all local and provincial health guidelines and will reopen when permitted to do so. We anticipate reopening December 21st, 2020.

If your tickets are scheduled between November 23rd and December 20th, they will be automatically rescheduled.

In the unlikely event that our exhibit is permanently closed, we will be refunding all ticketed guests.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of emails. Please expect a couple days delay in our response. Staff are working as quickly as possible and will reply to all emails.
If you have not received a re-booking e-mail by December 5th, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and Agents there can assist you. The rebooking email will come from Universe; please check your junk mail and make sure you have not opted out of emails from them.

Curb side pickup will be available for all pre-purchased merchandise. An online store for all product is being developed as well.
Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is located inside the Yorkdale Shopping Centre at 3401 Dufferin St., Toronto, ON, M6A 2T9. We are in the Centre Colonnade in the heart of the Mall.
- Arriving from the West on the 401, use the Collector Lanes for the Yorkdale Rd. exit.
- Arriving from the East on the 401, take either the Express or Collector Lanes for the Allen Rd./Yorkdale Rd. exit.
- Arriving from the South on Allen Rd., take the Yorkdale Rd. exit.
- Arriving from the North on Allen Rd., take the Yorkdale Rd. exit.
- There is ample free parking available at Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
- Yorkdale GO Bus Station – This is the closest GO Bus terminal to Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
- Getting to Yorkdale by GO – All the routes below will take you directly to the Mall from these major stops:
- Bus Route 19 – From Square One Bus Terminal/Yonge St. @ Sheppard Ave./Finch Bus Terminal
- Bus Route 27F – From Meadowvale GO/Yonge St. @ Sheppard Ave./Finch Bus Terminal
- Bus Route 34 – From Pearson Airport/Yonge St. @ Sheppard Ave./Finch Bus Terminal
- Bus Route 36B – From Bramalea Bus Terminal/Bramalea GO/York Mills Bus Terminal
- Bus Route 92 – From Oshawa Bus Terminal/Scarborough Centre Bus Terminal/York Mills Terminal
- Yorkdale Station is located on the Yonge-University subway line. Note that the TTC is currently investing in Accessibility at Yorkdale Station and as such, the station will be under construction until 2021 and the escalators will not be in service during this time. The subway platform will only be accessible via stairs until all escalator and elevator renovations are complete.
- 29 Dufferin Bus – Travels north and south on Dufferin St. with stops directly in front of the Yorkdale West entrance, near the Shopper’s Drug Mart.
- 47 Lansdowne Bus – Stops at Yorkdale Subway station bridge and across from the GO Transit (below Nordstrom).
- Yorkdale has partnered with UBER to make getting to and from Yorkdale Shopping Centre much easier for all. Three designated pick-up/drop-off areas are located at the Shopper’s Drug Mart, Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew entrances for use during shopping hours. After 10pm, there is an UBER bay available at the north end of Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
York Region Transit
- The YRT Route 360 – Maple Express stops at Yorkdale Monday through Friday. Pick-up/drop-off is located at the TTC Yorkdale subway station.
Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is open Monday-Thursday from 11:00am-9:00pm, Friday from 11:00am-10:00pm, Saturday from 10:00am-10:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am-8:00pm. Final entry to the exhibit is 60 minutes before closing time. These hours are subject to change on holidays.
The exhibit is self-guided so it varies, however on average, guests spend 60-90 minutes at the exhibit. Please arrive well in advance of your scheduled entry time.
You will need your ticket or email booking confirmation, a face mask and a camera! We recommend wearing shoes that you are comfortable walking in. No outside food or drink is permitted.
No, once you leave the exhibit, re-entry is not permitted.
No, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. does not include any live characters.
We want to make sure everyone has an amazing experience, so please arrive on time to guarantee entry. We understand that things happen, and if you arrive late or early, you will need to wait until capacity permits your entry.
Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is suitable for all ages. However, the exhibit includes loud noises and flashing lights. If your child is sensitive to these things, it may not be suitable for them. Please note, everyone aged 15 or younger at the time of attending the exhibit must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, and to ensure our guests get the most out of their visit, we recommend that one adult is responsible for no more than six children.
Yes, strollers are allowed in Yorkdale Shopping Centre and the exhibit. However, there will be no facilities for storing and parking strollers or leaving them unattended.
Yes, children under the age of 3 are free to enter the exhibit but do require a ticket for entry due to occupancy limits.
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted in the exhibit.
Yes, the venue and exhibit are wheelchair accessible. Please see the Accessibility section below for more details.
There are no storage facilities, such as coat check, for guests.
There is a food court in the shopping centre where you can purchase food and beverages. Please note that there are no food or beverages allowed in the exhibit itself.
There are washrooms located near and around Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N., however, there are none located within the exhibit itself.
Masks or face coverings that shield the nose and mouth are required for entry to the exhibit. Please see all our health and safety policies here.
Absolutely! We encourage you to take pictures and share them on social media. Please tag @avengersstationcanada on Facebook and Instagram and hashtag #avengersstationcanada when you do. There are some limitations, however: flash photography and tripods are not permitted and pre-approval is required for any professional photography or recording. We hold all lost property for a limited time and hand items to Yorkdale Mall Security Services. If you have lost an item at the exhibit, please contact Yorkdale Mall Security. Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. accepts no responsibility for lost items.
Yes, Yorkdale Shopping Centre allows access to free Wi-Fi during your visit. Don’t forget to share your photos with us on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #avengersstationcanada.
There are no dedicated cell phone charging stations within the exhibit. To limit contact, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. staff will not accept and handle cell phones for charging them at outlets.
Vaping, smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. Those found using devices to vape and smoke inside the exhibit or Retail Store will have their ticket revoked and asked to leave with no refund.
The exhibit is closed overnight for enhanced cleaning, general maintenance and staff training.
Ticket prices vary based on time and ticket type. We have a variety of ticket types:
Basic Timed Entry: No change of date or time is permitted. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time as indicated on your ticket. We cannot guarantee entry for guests who arrive late.
Flexible Entry: Flexibility to arrive up to 2 hours before or after the start time as indicated on your ticket, subject to exhibit opening hours. No rescheduling fee with 48 hours notice.
VIP Experience: Flexibility to arrive up to two hours before or after the start time as indicated on your ticket (subject to exhibit opening hours), Fast Track entry, exclusive Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. VIP merch (personalized VIP laminate, lanyard and exclusive Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. poster), one green screen photo and no rescheduling fees with 48 hours notice.
VIP Time Stone Pass: Use the power of the Time Stone to turn back time and restart your Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. experience! The VIP Time Stone Pass has all the perks of the VIP Experience, plus the purchaser can visit the exhibit an additional four times!*
*Total of five (5) exhibit visits; VIP merch is only provided at the first visit. Time Stone VIP Pass will be assigned to the guest's ID upon their first visit and cannot be transferred to another guest. Photo ID matching the name on the ticket will be required for all subsequent visits. Additional visits must be scheduled directly through the onsite box office and is subject to capacity.

Due to capacity restrictions, all people, regardless of age, need to have a ticket to enter the exhibit. Children under the age of 3 are free to enter, however, please make sure to add a free child ticket to your order when going through the purchase process. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

No, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is completely cashless and we will only accept Visa, debit and credit cards at points of purchase.

You can buy tickets as gifts. During the purchase process, you will be able to put the tickets under the name of the person attending the exhibit.

At this time, we cannot guarantee entry other than at your ticketed entry time. If you arrive earlier or later than your time slot and we are at capacity, you may have to wait until the next available entry time for you and your party to enter. If we are unable to accommodate you, no refunds will be given.
There are some activity screens throughout the exhibit. Guests will be given their own stylus prior to entry to prevent any direct touching. You do not need to touch any interactive element to enjoy Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.
All visitors aged 5 and up are required to wear a face covering while visiting the exhibit. All face coverings must cover the nose and mouth, and fit securely around the side of the face. A face visor or shield is not a suitable face covering to gain entry to the exhibit.
In addition to reduced capacity, during your visit you will notice directional signage and floor markings to help you navigate the exhibit safely. All Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. staff will play a role in ensuring that physical distancing occurs.
We do allow guests to come in costume! However, if you are an adult coming in costume, we reserve the right to enhanced checks upon entry for safety purposes. We also ask that all costume masks are removable.

Yes, you may visit the Retail Store before your entry to the exhibit, however, we recommend visiting the Retail Store after your walkthrough.
